The project’s elements and various buildings were grouped into eight main zones, where the main prerogative for the Design Team was the magnificent view of Dubai Creek.
With a focus on high design quality, the concept was developed to form a water-facing rehabilitation and wellness complex with high proportion of wellness and residential properties and lesser emphasis on the commercial and hospitality properties.
