The heart of the home is in the kitchen.

Throw back to Nov ’21, it was one of my first official kitchen renovation projects under DekorHouse.

The client reached out to me knowing my OCD and organizational skills to plan and give her a beautiful yet functional kitchen.

It was fun planning and choosing the different types of materials and textures to bring together an inviting space for the family to congregate

A little piece of art
It conveys a sense of action and triumph and I absolutely love the artful flowing drapery of Goddess Nike .

A conversation with yesterday took us accumulation of curios and souvenirs on travels.

I personally have always preferred only one statement piece rather than a lots of little things that get replaced or lost in a corner. And here’s one of them from my travels to Rome.

I like to make just one statement purchase from my travels to new places I visit but these little monks were an exception on a trip to Bali.
I’m an impulsive shopper but I made it work for me. Styled it around fresh flowers on a mirrored tray.

Serenity in this vignette…

I love Buddha’s and have a few statues and paintings. They serve a visual reminder of his teachings mainly compassion, tolerance, personal development and taking responsibility of one’s actions.
