We are a Fit-out Company, based in JAFZA and currently looking for Senior Accountant.
· Handling all trade finance activities for the application, issuance and amendments of bank guarantees, letters of credits, LATR’s and PPC’s discounting.
· Review, verification, and release of commercial invoices submitted by vendors under LC’s.
· Preparing reports pertaining to revenue, receivables, collections, pending billing, certified & un-certified works, advance from customers, Project’s SOA’s on regular basis.
· Banks, project receivables and revenue related JV’s posting and reconciliations in ERP.
· Coordinating with PMs and QS for timely billing of all the projects.
· Preparing and maintaining logs for all the Tax Invoices issued from the date of VAT implementation in UAE.
· Follow up with project team and client for the acknowledgments of issued tax invoice for VAT compliance purpose.
· Follow up with Estimation, Procurement, Purchase, Commercial and HR departments for information/details required for cost tracking and reporting for the newly awarded projects.
· To lead software implementation.
· Any other assignment given by the management.
