The easy35 v2 is back in stock and ready to ship 🎞️

Our most compact film scanner, small enough to sit in your hand and tuck into a drawer when you’re done. Just attach it to your digital camera and macro lens, and you’re ready to go.

Finally sort that box of family slides, bring your latest rolls to life on screen, or share photos that have only ever lived as negatives. A whole roll takes minutes (ready to edit before your coffee gets cold).

The 35mm holder comes standard. Scanning slides, half-frame, or something smaller? We’ve got you covered with additional holders for 35mm slide, 35mm half-frame, 110, 126, APS, and Minox formats.

Ready when you are. Link in bio.

Who is really in control of your film’s colors? 🎞️

Classic lab scans have defined the look of film for decades. But a massive shift is happening. Photographers want the uncompressed editing power of a raw "digital negative" and NYC Filmlab (NYC Film Lab) is leading the charge by bringing professional camera scanning to a commercial scale.

We sat down with their team to discuss the future of film, balancing tradition with tech, and how this workflow gives you ultimate creative control.

Professional-grade scans at home with the VALOI easy35 v2. 🎞

easy35 v2 Key Upgrades include:

💡 The Universal Light Source (patent pending): A leap from 81% to 99% light uniformity. This ensures edge-to-edge illumination even with wide-angle lenses, effectively eliminating the "orange corners" and vignetting issues common in home scanning.

🎨 Optimized Color Balance: The fixed color temperature is tuned to pre-balance the orange mask of color negatives and works equally well for black-and-white negatives and positive film.

⚙ Precision Engineering:*The v2 transitions from 3D-printing to an injection-molded ABS body for the main unit and features an all-metal rotation mechanism, delivering 5–10× tighter tolerances overall.

🔋 Smart Power Management: Battery life has been doubled to over 4 hours. The new
Smart Battery Bypass allows you to run on direct USB-C power for marathon sessions without draining or heating the battery.

🧲 Magnetic Accessory Mount: Now features a magnetic interface for the easy35 Duster, making it faster than ever to clean film on the fly.
