Latest brief “New Build” at Vale Park. Clients finally starting the process to building their dream home. Knockdown rebuild. Met and discussed their needs. Arranged a contour and bore logs for sketch. Plan done and redraw with their wishes updated. Don’t mention the gym and laundry shute! Got them. They were so impressed, all this done within 2 months, and house sited on their land with multiple 3D’s so they can imagine what the other elevations will look like. In that time we considered best fit from my panel of 15 builders. Arranged an inspection of a handed over property from my recommended builder, and met the new owners of that property to answer build questions. That made it much more comfortable and personal. Then builder meeting Thursday for next steps moving forward.
Thanks to my wonderful new clients. Easy to communicate wish. Responsive to requests. It’s been a pleasure. But that is how I drive it. We must be comfortable and in a trusting environment.
