Clarence Park | Internal Renovation
This project is a great example of how thoughtful planning can completely transform the way a home feels and functions.
The existing layout was dark, disconnected and no longer working for the family. By lifting the roof, we introduced volume and natural light, creating a brighter and more inviting living environment.
Every design decision was carefully considered—from the location of the kitchen window, positioned to maximise light and connection to the outdoors, to the proportions of the island and rangehood, ensuring balance, functionality and a strong visual presence within the space.
The result is a home that feels open, light-filled and effortless to live in, proving that sometimes the most significant transformations happen within the existing footprint.
