Out with the old and in with the new! 🔧❄️

We were called out to have a look at this old unit. Our technician, with over 20 years’ experience, knew straight away that the unit was well and truly past its prime — over 20 years old — but had never even heard of the brand Weathermaker!

Unfortunately, with a unit this old and parts/support becoming an issue, the best option was to replace it.

The old unit is now out, and the customer has a brand-new Daikin installed and ready to keep them comfortable for years to come! 🙌

We’re always here to help our customers find the best solution! 🙌

Recently, we attended a job where a customer's ducted air conditioner had stopped working. After inspecting the system, we found that one of the required parts had been discontinued by the supplier, leaving replacement of the ducted unit as the only repair option.

The customer didn't want to invest in replacing the entire ducted system and asked if installing a split system was an option instead. We were more than happy to help and provided a solution that suited their needs and budget.

Now they're back to enjoying reliable heating and cooling! ❄️🔥

Who says word of mouth is dead? 🙌

We received a call from a customer after we installed a new unit for their daughter last week. She told her parents what she paid and said it was a bargain, so they gave us a call to replace their 18-year-old unit that just wasn't performing like it used to.

This time of year is the perfect time to replace your old air conditioner so you're ready for summer. The last thing you want is for it to break down in the middle of a heatwave and then have to wait weeks for a technician to become available.

As always we quote for parts and replacement of unit. This customer wanted to replace the parts, which we where happy to replace.

Within 24 hours this customer went from having no heating back to being warm in these cool winter months.

Who doesn't love a repeat customer? 🙌

Over summer, we installed a new evaporative cooling system to keep this customer comfortable. They recently got back in touch, asking if we also install split system air conditioners so they could add heating.

The answer was yes! We specialise in split system installations. After sizing up the room and providing a quote, we had their new unit installed the very next day. The job included all electrical work, and as always, they received a Certificate of Compliance (COC).
