🔥 **THIS CUSTOMER HAD THE RIGHT IDEA!** 🔥

A few weeks ago, this customer called us out to inspect two air conditioners that weren’t working. With summer approaching, they wanted to get ahead of the heat! ☀️🥵

Both units were around 15 years old and had faulty PC boards.

As always, we gave them two options: 🔧 Replace the faulty parts. ❄️ Replace the entire units.

They made the smart decision and upgraded both air conditioners to brand-new **Rinnai units!** 🙌

Why Rinnai? One of the biggest reasons was the **7-year manufacturer’s warranty**! ✅ That's 2 years longer than many units offering a 5-year warranty.

Sometimes, investing in new equipment is the smarter long-term decision, giving you peace of mind and helping you stay cool when you need it most! 💨

**Yes, even your washable aircon filter will eventually need replacing!** 🥵

As you can see, there’s a BIG difference!

A blocked filter restricts airflow, reducing your air conditioner’s ability to cool your home efficiently.

✅ **Make sure you wash your washable filters regularly!**

But when they become this worn or clogged, washing might not be enough. Sometimes, the best option is to replace them with new filters.

We serviced this old unit just 2 weeks ago and found an issue with the dump valve.

We always give our customers the option of replacing parts or replacing the entire unit. Ultimately, it’s up to the customer to decide what’s best for them.

In this case, the unit was 11 years old, so the customer decided that replacing it with a brand-new unit was the best option.

Now they have a brand-new evaporative cooler, backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty, and they’re all set for summer! ☀️❄️

The tech had serviced this evap and was testing the fan motor and pump when he noticed something wasn’t quite right.

The fan motor had a clear bearing noise — strangely enough, it was only noticeable when the fan was running on medium speed.

A failing fan motor can overheat and potentially become a fire risk, so our tech advised the customer not to use the unit and to contact the warranty company to have the fan motor replaced under warranty.

We got the call last night to say the warranty people had been out and were going to replace the fan motor.

This is a perfect example of why getting your evap serviced before the hot weather hits is so important. Regular servicing can pick up faults like this before they turn into a bigger problem — or leave you without cooling when you need it most.
