ALWAYS check what goes into your washing machine!

Yesterday, I tackled a washing machine that was making a serious rackety-rack noise. After a quick visual check revealed nothing, I decided to spin the drum to recreate the sound. To my surprise, the culprit was hiding between the drum and the seal—a pair of nail scissors!
And yep, the sharp end got me as I spun the wheel. OUCH!

Customer was happy it was a quick fix, plus some Band-Aids.
