Sagging Roof - Repaired and Strengthened

This roof had developed a noticeable sag through the roof line, so we got to work strengthening the structure from underneath.

We carefully removed the roof tiles to expose the existing framework, then laminated 90x45 structural pine to the existing roof trusses, helping to straighten the sagging roof line while adding strength and stiffness to the structure.

Once the roof was straightened and reinforced, the tiles were reinstated — leaving behind a stronger, straighter and more structurally sound roof.
