The people behind the work…

A good team makes a difference.

From apprentices learning the trade through to experienced electricians leading jobs, there’s a lot of knowledge, problem solving and teamwork that goes into the work we do every day.

Right equipment. Right approach.

Some jobs require working at height, tight access or working around other site activities.

Taking the time to assess the job, select the right equipment and set up properly is part of doing the work safely.

Another commercial project taking shape.

There’s a lot that happens behind the walls and above the ceilings before a building is ready to open its doors.

Our team is working through the electrical installation, coordinating with other trades and making sure each stage is ready for the next.

Good projects come together through plenty of planning, coordination and attention to detail.

The detail matters…

Good electrical work isn’t just about what’s connected. It’s about how the installation is planned, installed and left behind.

Neat cable management, considered routing and quality workmanship make a difference, particularly when it comes to future maintenance and access.

A few details from a job recently completed by the Level team.

Keeping busy sites running.

Electrical maintenance is often about working around an operating environment, finding the issue and getting things back to where they need to be.

Our team works across commercial and industrial sites throughout the region, carrying out maintenance, repairs and upgrades as required.

The work might not always be visible once we’ve left, but getting it right matters.

The Level team is up in the access equipment carrying out electrical maintenance throughout a busy commercial workshop.

Working around vehicle lifts, services and an active workspace means planning the job properly and having the right equipment to access it safely.

The less visible work that keeps a busy operation running reliably.

Lost in the fog

A different kind of start on site this morning, with the fog rolling in and visibility at a minimum.

The conditions might change the view, but the work still goes on. The Level team is on site and ready to get stuck into it.

10 years of Level 💡

Recently we’ve celebrated 10 years of Justin being part of the Level team, and that’s a milestone worth recognising.

Over the past decade, Justin has been a constant presence in the team. He’s put in the early starts, the long days, the tough jobs and everything in between. More importantly, he’s been part of the people and the culture that make Level what it is today.
From a young apprentice finding his feet in the trade, to the electrician and the person he is today, we’ve seen plenty of changes. From an apprentice starting out, to building his career, and now having a family of his own.

Ten years is a long time, and we genuinely appreciate the commitment, loyalty and good humour Justin has brought with him along the way.

Thanks for the last 10 years, Justin. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the team.

A good day to be working inside…

After plenty of rain across the region, this project is a welcome change of scenery.

With the team working through the electrical fit-out, there’s plenty happening inside this large commercial space as the project continues to take shape.

The right planning, equipment and capability keep the work moving safely and efficiently, whatever the weather outside.

Another project taking shape, with the Level team getting it done.

What do you reckon this bloke’s up to?

A new way to measure trench depth? Testing the ground conditions? Or just making sure no one steals the shovel?

Whatever the reason, there’s never a dull moment on site.

Behind the laughs, the team was hard at work installing underground electrical services to keep this project moving.
