With only less than a 30cm 📏 gap between the💧 moisture ridden rock wall and the brick internal wall, our team had to jackhammer and remove concrete and rock to created a low point that promotes water to an existing stormwater pipe. Instead of building up hydro static pressure that damaged this home owners walls and creating mold 🦠

This is costing the customer thousands 💵 due to lack of inexperience trades.

When water management and soil control is not done right this is what happens. 👇

Structural metal post holding up walls and floors of this beautiful house rusting away 😬 due to wet soil that was not retained properly, fell and landed onto the metal post which accelerates the rusting process.

Unfortunately this issue caused rising damp and mould to grow inside the flooring 🦠 damaged the flooring. Flooring had to be removed.
