Big day at the factory with the LBL Plumbing crew 👷‍♂️💧

Recently we took the team off the tools for a full training and alignment day focused on improving the way we work, communicate and keep each other safe on site.

The day included:
✅ Reviewing and reinforcing our company values
✅ Going through policies and procedures
✅ Rewriting SWMS & safety documentation
✅ Practical mock job setups and safety drills
✅ High-risk work procedure training
✅ Team lunch and a few laughs along the way 🍻

Another solid project completed in Ballarat 👷‍♂️💧

🔧 You MUST be confident in:

✔ Rough-ins
✔ Fit-offs
✔ General maintenance
✔ Drain cleaning / jetting

⭐ Bonus points if you have experience in:

• Roof plumbing
• Civil / underground plumbing

This role suits someone who:

🔵Can work independently and assist apprentices
