Big night on the red coats. 6.4 foxes at the first property. This was my first visit to this property on the outskirts of Bairnsdale and the owner said they have seen 3 or 4 around.

4 foxes on the second property in Ellaswood which takes the total from this property to 26 removed since may this year.
10.4 invasive foxes removed from the environment.

In good but bright conditions it was a hard night on the foxes. I seen 8 foxes in total but the bright moon 🌝 made it very difficult to stalk in on the foxes that I spotted with the ThermTec wild 335l monocular. Using the shadows of the few trees on this property I managed to dispatch this dogfox at 206m cross gully shot. I'll be heading back out to the property when the moon 🌙 disappears.
