Public warning: Do not deal with ‘Home Sweet Home’, a furniture retailer operating in NSW, both in-store and online.

Since 1 January 2024, NSW Fair Trading has received more than 100 complaints concerning this business. Consumers report that:
• Goods paid for are not being supplied
• Orders are not delivered within the specified timeframe or within a reasonable period
• Orders are only partially fulfilled.

These complaints relate to purchases made both in-store and online and include dealings with a person identified as Mr Daniele Nicolo Maisano.
