11 modular homes were built in a factory by VOLO Constructions before being trucked to site.

• New social homes are among the 53,500 social homes being delivered as part of the Homes for Queenslanders plan
The homes consist of 11 two-bedroom factory-built modular homes at one location, and 10 one-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units at another.
The Miles government is building homes and delivering them to regional and remote communities across Queensland where they will become social housing and homes for government employees like teachers, nurses and police.
The new homes are another way the State Government is delivering on its Homes for Queenslanders target of 53,500 social homes by 2046.
