Federal Budget Update!

The Government has provided additional spaces to the already popular New Home Guarantee, allowing first home buyers to purchase a property with a minimum of 5% deposit, without having to pay LMI!

We've also seen an increase to the spaces available for the Family Home Guarantee, allowing single parents to purchase a property with only a 2% deposit!

The Regional Home Guarantee will open up in approximately October 2022 and will allow 10,000 first home buyers AND previous home owners to purchase property in regional areas (eligibility for this requires you not have owned a property in the last 5 years).

Overall, a great boost for home buyers alike!

We’ve been a bit quiet lately, but we have a good reason!
On Friday, we were extremely excited to receive the keys to our very own home!
As someone who is an advocate for any customer on their build journey, I can finally say I have been through it myself and know exactly how my clients feel at each stage of the build.
We are going to take a few days off to get everything sorted (moving is meant to be the fun part right?!) but we have some great things coming up so stay tuned!

I thought it was time to introduce myself. I'm Tahria and I've been working in the residential construction industry for 8 years. From timber frames and trusses, hardware and sales, all the way through to customer service, contracts and colour selections, I've managed to pack a lot into my 8 years!

Announcement!

In a very welcomed announcement this morning, the Morrison Government will inject over $15 million into a new initiative that will help address the timber shortages in the building industry.

This will help deliver over 10,000 new homes and support jobs in our industry.

We're so excited that more new homes will be able to commence in the coming months!
