According to Australian Standards, intervals between inspections in termite-declared areas should not exceed 12 months. For homes in higher-risk areas, inspections are recommended every 3–6 months.
Regular inspections not only help identify early signs of termite activity or damage, but they also allow us to assess any new or changed conditions that may be conducive to termites since your last visit.
For rodents; staying on top of consistent baiting intervals — every 6 months — helps reduce the risk of rats and mice causing damage to your home and keeps your property protected year-round.
