🔥 Hot Water Upgrade
Replaced a tired old hot water unit with a new Rinnai 26L Continuous Flow system.
We also upgraded the water feed to help get that hot water where it needs to be — faster and more efficiently. 💧💪

☀️ Skylights
This boundary-to-boundary build needed a serious boost of natural light, so the clients chose a mix of Velux skylights, including two solar-powered opening units to bring in fresh air.

With the low roof pitch, tricky location, and skylight orientation, we back-trayed them to the ridge line for optimal watertightness.
Several skylights were installed in landscape orientation, calling for custom cricket flashings to divert water around them.

🏠 Re-Roof
The old faded green roof has been replaced with a fresh Ironstone finish and new Anticon roof insulation.
We also added roof ventilation and gave the alfresco a new lid with Laserlite sheets to let the light back in.
