If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll probably recognise this pair and if you’re new here, meet Ethan and Dan, our Construction Supervisors. 👷

Ethan has been part of our story for almost a decade. We’ve had the privilege of watching him grow from a young carpenter, to a skilled leading hand, and now into a supervisor. In his time leading projects, he has overseen a wide range of builds and renovations, most recently bringing our Coastal Miners project to life.🔨

Dan joined our team in 2024 as a skilled carpenter when we expanded our site crew, and it didn’t take long for his potential to shine. He quickly stepped into a supervisor role and has already delivered two projects including the recent handover of our Greenridge Homestead with our stage 2 White Haven Project in Merewether 🏡

We’re incredibly proud to have two leaders who don’t just show up to work each day, but show up for our team, our clients, and the standard we hold ourselves to. Their commitment and care are a huge part of what makes our projects and our culture what they are ✨

At our White Haven project, the slab pour is more than concrete hitting the ground it’s the result of weeks of planning, coordination and compliance checks coming together.

From engineering and set out, to formwork, steel, plumbing, inspections, and finally the pour… every step is intentional. Every detail matters.

This isn’t “just a slab”
It’s the foundation of a family’s future, built through a pipeline of people, processes, and pride in the work we do.

Good conditions are everything.

Just here at our Whitehaven project in Merewether, inspecting the soil profiles to confirm we’re founding our piers in dense, stable clay. It’s an important part of the process and helps ensure the foundations are built on solid ground before anything else begins. ✅

It’s handover day at the Greenridge Homestead, Ethan we can’t thank you enough for putting your trust in us to bring your forever home to life. It was a pleasure working alongside you (and the goats 🐐) building another Lulamon Home.

We can’t wait to see you and Bec turn this house into a home, congratulations 🥂

Whitehaven Project Update ⬇️

The boys have been busy preparing the site, building up the pad for the slab and installing our screw piers ✅

Now we’re just hoping the rain stays away so we can get the slab down and keep the project moving 👊
