Hi Guys hope you are all well

I don’t normally do the social media thing, however I feel like there is something to say.

It’s been a huge 12 months, long days and nights at Hallie’s Plumbing Services and there are some people I want to say a big thank you to.

Firstly our amazing team

Jade and Rore in the office, ensuring the all aspects of job are covered I couldn’t do it without you lady’s so thank you for everything you do.
Mitch and Kye on the tools pumping out the work and not complaining. Lads keep it up and thank you.
Lastly to all our existing clients and new clients, followers and supporters. It has been an amazing year thank you for all the love, support and business you guys send our way.

And last but certainly not least, meet our newest team member, Mitch! 👋

Mitch is our licensed plumber and gasfitter, bringing over 20 years of experience, knowledge, and expertise to the team. He has a real passion for maintenance and repairs, takes pride in providing quality workmanship and excellent service to our customers, and is always happy take on new challenges.

Outside of work, Mitch is music orientated and enjoys playing guitar in his spare time.

Jade is one of the owners of the company, alongside her husband, Joey. She is truly the backbone of the business and plays a huge role in keeping everything running smoothly day to day — without Jade, things would definitely be a lot messier!

Alongside managing the company, Jade is also a dedicated and loving mother who balances work and family life with patience, care, and commitment.

Known for her friendly nature and calm approach, Jade has an incredible ability to handle a busy workload while keeping everything organised. Her leadership and dedication are a big part of what keeps the business running strong.

If you know Jade, you’ll know she’s always happy to stop for a chat — although sometimes those “quick chats” turn into long ones! She’s incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to, and brings positive energy wherever she goes.

Behind the scenes, Jade manages office operations, payroll, invoices, and all the important admin work that helps keep the company running smoothly every single day.

Outside of work, Jade is passionate about running, staying active, and keeping fit. Her sporty and energetic lifestyle reflects the same dedication and determination she brings to both her family life and the business.

She’s also famously known for being late to warm-ups ,but for good reason! Between work, family, and everything else she juggles, she somehow still manages to make it all work. In fact, if Jade ever arrives early, the running joke is:
“What are you going to do with all your spare time?” 😂

Jade also volunteers with organisations in the community and is always willing to lend a hand whenever she can. Her caring nature and generosity make her not only a great business owner, but also a genuinely wonderful person to be around.

You’d think Jade has somehow found extra hours in the day, but the truth is — she simply knows how to balance work, family, and life incredibly well.

“Meet the Team Series”

Meet Rore – The Organised Chaos Coordinator
If something beeps, jams, freezes, logs out, or mysteriously “just stopped working,” Rore is already on it. As the queen of social media, IT fixes, and emergency printer resurrections (multiple times daily), she somehow keeps the whole place running without breaking a sweat.

Rore is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, always ready to help with a smile. She’s the most organised person on the team, never late, never flustered, and probably already reminded everyone about tomorrow’s meeting before they even saw the calendar invite.

She keeps morale high with her baked goods and delicious food drops, proving she can solve both IT issues and snack emergencies with equal skill. Loud? Never. Shy? Absolutely not. Rore brings the laughs, keeps everyone on their toes, and isn’t afraid to stir the pot with the tradies when the opportunity presents itself.

In short: if the office had a survival guide, step one would simply be — “Ask Rore.”
