To the valued community of Bowen,
We have recently noticed some inaccurate information circulating online regarding our Tree Lopping and Yard Maintenance business by a competitor. The recent Google search photo is not a prank, it looks to me like a search AI feature had a moment where it has melded the information of our two businesses into one reference, but it still clearly says the name of each business and it is 2 yrs old. This post has done our business no favours and I expect the rival company also. I think it is time we put this to bed as I know I am sick of hearing about it and probably you are too.
We believe in absolute transparency and want to share the facts directly with you.
Fact 1: Competent and skilled tree lopper with over 18 years’ experience and our crew member has been with us over 10 years. When we need extra qualifications for a big commercial job, we partner with a Level 3 Arborists in Bowen, this is why we have the trust of local businesses and residents within our region.
Fact 2: We would never sell you mulch that is from your own tree waste – after all, it is your tree. We mulch it for ease to compact more for transporting away.
Fact 3: You have not seen us do much Council work as we believe the fairness in the tendering game of our local council is very poor.
Fact 4: We are fully insured. We have well maintained equipment and take pride in working the hours we charge for. Our clients know we do not muck around and they are admirable of our work ethic.
Fact 5: We offer stump grinding, a partnership from another local business where we support each other. After all, isn't this what businesses should do, help raise each other for the benefit of all in our local town.
