PARTIAL INTERIOR REPAINT - Downstairs entry, kitchen, dining, stairwell, lounge and two hallways of walls, doors and trims.

Lots of patching, full sand down, undercoat patches. Two coats of British Paints White Disclosure using Dulux Wash and Wear to walls and colour matched the doors, frames and skirting boards.

BEFORE PICTURES - Partial Exterior Repaint of Render and front timber post. Colour matched to Colourbond Woodland Grey. Using Taubmans Allweather.

After a good wash down and allowed to dry for a few days. I dug away at the bottom of rendered walls. Repaired failed corners on render and post with render and applied texture coat on the cracks. On the timber post i built it up with builders bog. Then undercoated all patches before cutting and rolling in two coats.

Ex Housing Commission house getting a tidy up for sale.

AFTER PHOTOS

Peeling paint issue. Tidy up to cornices and repaint to walls only.

Peeling in spontaneous areas so sanded all walls with 40grit sandpaper and used a window blade to move failing paint.

Applied peel stop to walls. Undercoated then patched walls and undercoated once more. Tidied up all cornices from previous paint job. Applied 2 coats on walls in a colour match using Dulux wash n wear.
