Project Overview

We’re set to begin a major upgrade at the McKinnon Sports Complex, delivering a combination of new infrastructure, electrical upgrades, and civil coordination.

The project includes the relocation of existing field lighting, construction of a new changeroom and amenities block, and a clubhouse fit-out featuring kitchen and office areas. As part of the electrical backbone, we are also upgrading the mains supply and installing a new distribution board to support the expanded load and future-proof the site.

Civil works commence next week, with the full project on track for completion within three months.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Custom A/C Split Installations – Yatala

Location: Yatala, QLD
Scope of Work: A/C split system install, engineered roof mounting, in-house dry pan
Status: In Progress – 25 Units Secured

Project Overview

We’ve kicked off a new stage of A/C split system installations at a site in Yatala, with a focus on delivering durable, clean, and weather-proof results.

While planning this rollout, we’ve taken note of common issues observed in other installations—particularly where outdoor units were mounted without sufficient protection from roof penetrations. These examples reinforced the importance of proactive waterproofing measures in roof-mounted systems.

As a result, we’ve developed and refined our own in-house dry pan design—a custom-fabricated solution that prevents water from sitting near or around penetrations. Each dry pan is built to suit the roof profile, ensuring no pooling, clean drainage, and long-term protection. Combined with our engineered mounting brackets, we’re setting a new standard for neat, compliant installs.

With this system now locked in, we’ve secured another 25 installs using this method.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: RTK Engineering – Power & Switchboard Upgrade

We recently delivered a fast-track electrical upgrade for RTK Engineering, completing key infrastructure works with minimal business disruption.

The job involved the installation of four 32A 3-phase switched outlets to support high-demand machinery, as well as a full switchboard upgrade to a 48-pole Hager board. Our team also supplied and installed compliant cable containment and pathways.

All work was completed within a single day to ensure business operations remained uninterrupted.
