Moss Pole Plant Workshops are here 🌿
A relaxed morning for plant lovers, collectors, and anyone wanting to build a beautiful climbing plant setup of their own.
Moss poles are one of the best ways to grow climbing plants bigger, healthier, and happier indoors while keeping them upright, tidy, and beautifully displayed.
One of the best parts is watching them evolve over time — extend the pole higher, chop and propagate them later, bush them out, and slowly build your collection 🌱
The workshop runs in 3 parts:
Part 1 — arrive from 10am, have a wander around the shop, chat plants, and pick out your climber. We’ll have heaps of options available including Philodendrons, Monsteras, Syngoniums, Epipremnums and more.
Part 2 — we’ll build the moss pole setups together from start to finish while discussing plant support, root development, chunky soil mixes, mycorrhizae, slow release fertilisers and more.
We’ll also have 4 moss pole styles available, transparent, translucent, black & white, plus pole-mounted grow lights and drippers for easier maintenance and watering.
Part 3 — once everyone’s planted up, I’ll show how I mix nutrient reservoirs for watering, including silica, seaweed solutions, trace elements, pH adjustment and fungus gnat prevention.
Workshop tickets include all materials except your plant, which you’ll choose on the day.
