🔵Breaking Barriers, Building Futures. Together 🔵
Running a business as a First Nations or first-generation owner brings incredible pride and undeniable challenges. From limited access to capital, supplier accounts, and support networks, to the emotional toll of carrying our families, communities, and culture on our backs… we often walk a harder path.
Many of us started with nothing but courage; putting homes on the line, using credit cards to stay afloat, and chasing a vision not just for ourselves, but for our mob.
But here’s the truth - we are stronger together.
We’ve been lucky to stand beside and work with incredible Indigenous business leaders like:
- Jeremy Donovan, an Indigenous artist, musician, speaker and consultant,
- John Kirby from Giidjaa Industries,
- Joey Wallace from Multhana Group,
- Michael Grundon from Gawun Supplies, and
- Keegan Brooke from Magnitude Pipelines.
These men, among many others, are showing that when we collaborate, when we share knowledge and open doors for each other, we lift our whole community.
To our fellow First Nations and first-gen founders - if you’re struggling, reach out. Whether you need mentorship, advice, or just someone to talk to, you’re not alone. There is a powerful network around you, ready to support and uplift.
Let’s keep standing together. Let’s grow stronger. Let’s build something deadly for the next generation.
