We've been celebrating Week at AEC, recognising the women who power our projects, strengthen our culture, and keep raising the bar.

At AEC, women make up 21% of our workforce - right in line with the broader renewables sector. Currently:

⚡ 66% of our Project Support team are women
⚡ 37% of our Labourers & QA are women
⚡ 23% of our senior and functional leaders are women — above industry averages

We’re proud of the strong women already contributing across our business and we’re committed to continuing that progress as we grow. These numbers reflect the momentum we are building as we continue to create more opportunities for women to build careers in construction and renewable energy.

Happy National Apprenticeship Week from the team at AEC!

National Apprenticeship Week is a great time to recognise the hard work of our young sparkies ⚡and their training team.

We’re proud to have supported the development of the next generation of electricians via our apprenticeship program, arming them with the practical skills and experience that make a great sparkie. 🔧.

A special congratulations to our latest graduate, Jack Owens who officially completed his apprenticeship last month – well done, mate. 🙌

Today AEC Training Advisor, Les Shaw has swapped the office for the Dubbo College, showcasing the exciting trades that students can jump into at AEC at "Try a Trade".

Along for the ride was our second-year sparkie apprentice, Liam Maher, who gave students the inside scoop on what life’s really like on the tools.

Huge shoutout to Les and Liam for inspiring the next wave of tradies. 🔧⚡

A few of the team at AEC were out on a green today, raising money for Movember and men’s health at the Total Tools Masters Charity Golf Day🏌‍♂️

Thanks to everyone that took part and put their bodies on the line in the Brisbane heat to support a such great cause 🌞

TeamAEC may not have claimed victory, but we did get to enjoy a day out, raising awareness of something that's very important to us all - men's mental and physical health 💙

Today, All Energy Contracting stands together in honour of Remembrance Day.
Our team attended the local Ashgrove service this morning to pay our respects to the men and women who have served, and those who continue to serve. Lest we forget.
