Administration Assistant – Casual (Gold Coast)
AGC Installations is seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support our site operations and office functions, with flexible hours and potential for ongoing growth.
About the Role:
- Casual position, up to 24 hours per week with potential for additional hours
- Work across multiple site offices on the Gold Coast (up to 3 days per week)
- Ongoing administrative support across projects and site teams
- Work commencing end of 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration and office support
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets and reports
- Assisting with construction project documentation
- Coordinating with site supervisors and management
- Maintaining organised records and data entry
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Own reliable transport (to travel between sites)
- Previous administration experience (construction industry preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Experience using construction software such as Matrak, Procore, Aconex, HammerTech (desirable but not essential)
