Nearly done.. Everything you see in this video I have built and installed. From studs, plasterboards to the ikea kitchen and laundry. All the Tiling, flooring, skirting boards, bathroom basins and shower screens, doors and door furniture, walk-in robe and all wardrobes, all sinks, benchtops, as well as range hood, including external flap vent, all the silicone works.. And of course the painting!!!!
What a restore this was.. left a little old with a lot of the new. Looks stunning.

Installed another bathroom basin and cuboard, a lot heavier this one, and a 3 door medicine cabinet. Got the skeleton of the walk-in robe installed, will top the shelves and extra hanging rails in days coming..
And the fence is incoming..
That clay was not fun..

And of course, no decent studs for the basin, cut in and made my own, you could stand on it to change the lights!!!!

It looks a touch rough now, but once I silicone and grout it, “dark grout behind white tiles and light grey on the grey tiles”,, it will look amazing.. 😍😍😍
