Demanding jobs call for the toughest gear.

On this deep stencil-crete removal job, Hugh takes us through the equipment setup, machine configuration and operating approach being used for efficient bulk removal.

When you’re taking off this much material, having the right combination of grinding power, tooling and dust extraction makes all the difference. It’s about keeping the machine cutting effectively, maintaining a consistent removal rate and keeping the job moving.

Need equipment that can keep up with the demands of your next concrete prep or removal job?

Talk to the APE team today and we’ll get you sorted with the right setup.

The Big Guns from the APE Hire fleet out on an epoxy prep job.

The Schwamborn RC means the machine does the heavy lifting instead of the operator, making light work of large floor prep jobs.

Paired with the Dustcontrol Storm H-Class vacuum and pre-separator, dust is captured at the grinder to keep the freshly prepped floor clean.

And judging by the state of the jobsite before grinding, the Dustcontrol setup is working overtime on this one.
