Suns out guns out! Just a couple of pics from a spray job. The windows and doors were previously powder coated, but had faded over many years. So we sprayed them to give a new fresh look.

Check out the pics of this colorbond gable. Again poor preparation was the reason for the break down of the coated metal.
We pressure washed all loose paint off, sanded to etch the surface, applied one coat of zinsser deep tone base undercoat.
The final two coats of Dulux Weathershield low sheen in Dulux Ironstone.

We are doing a bit of stripping. A tedious job, but the only way to get the profile back on this staircase moulding.

This was a small waterproofing job. The wall had moisture ingress coming up from the ground. The paint was stripped of with Dulux Precision coatings remover. Pressure washed, then skimmed with Acratex Acrapatch. Two coats of Emerproof vapour control, and two coats of Dulux Acrashield Matt

Happy Halloween. Don’t let your painting project become a nightmare. Make sure you choose a licensed professional to carry out your painting. These doors had been painted without the correct undercoat, causing the coating to fail, and scratch off. We undercoated with Zinsser Coverstain, and applied two coats of Dulux Aquanamel.

A small job that turned in to a big job in Bellevue Hill. Our multi talented team hacked out the loose render and repatched. All of the woodwork was previously varnished and had two coats of undercoat before the finish coats.
