We experienced a minor setback with this job due to the neighbouring property's disc ploughing activities, which disturbed the group somewhat, but such incidents are unavoidable.
These two sows, from a group of 14, are heavily pregnant with a total of 12 piglets.
This situation provides insight into the rapid growth of pig populations under favourable conditions and the potential destruction they can cause to a property.

After Nick extended the trap line, he managed to trap another 2 that had been terrorising livestock.
This makes 3 in 2 weeks, so one happy farmer.
