Turf Farm Administration & Bookkeeping Officer
Location: Clarence Valley / Tyagarah Area
Position: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)
We are a busy, family-run turf farm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administration & Bookkeeping Officer to join our team.
This is a key role within the business, supporting day-to-day operations and keeping our accounts and admin running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
General administration and office support
Accounts payable and receivable
Invoicing and processing payments
Bank reconciliations
Payroll assistance
Data entry and record keeping
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and staff
Assisting with job scheduling and logistics where required
About You:
Previous experience in administration and bookkeeping
Experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
Reliable and trustworthy
