The Americans had to be dragged screaming into WW1 & WW2 from their isolationist position. So the US stance is nothing new. Trump will sell Ukraine down the river to save money and as Nixon said a number of times 'you just can't trust the Russians' and putin has proved to be an untrustworthy hypocritical liar. No wonder Putin & Trump get along! Maybe Ukraine & their allies should go on the offensive and just forget about the US.

The Ukraine president suggests Europe can no longer rely on the US to come to its defence.

Putin could win the hearts and minds of all Russians, especially in Kursk, if he offered to donate some of the billions of rubles he and his gang have stolen from the russian people, to help repairs for their lives and homes. But don't hold your breath, dictators don't do that. If things get too hot for Putin and Assad, they will have to enjoy their spoils, maybe with President Kim in that intellectual fun capital, Pyongyang. I can't imagine Xi Jinping wanting them, so would probably disown like somebody else's soiled nappies.

Putin & his bunch of thugs are busy killing Ukrainians and bombing Ukraine towns & cities daily, using ordinance from Nth Korea, Iran and other dubious places so why does the west p***y- foot around, not letting Ukraine use the munitions to defend itself? The west is showing its weakness to the thug Putin. Ukraine want to go on the offensive and start really hurting the russian bear. The West in their caution is making them defend their country with one hand tied. The allies gave all, tank's, planes, ammunition to the Russians to beat the N**i invaders in WW2 and when it was over the allies got nothing in return, no thank you, but instead an Iron Curtain and a cold war for 45 years. So we know what the lying, thuglike character of the Russian state is. The Russian bear has to be pushed back in its cage by force. The Ukrainians have shown thay are able to do it, if they have the hardware. But if the ruskies succeed in their invasion, the west will have a much bigger problem to deal with later.

Zelensky has queried why UK jets shot down Iranian drones earlier this year but let Russia cause huge damage to his country. It came after Russia launched 200 missiles and drones at energy facilities.
