Design guidelines don’t need to limit good architecture.

These custom homes in Googong pushed beyond the typical outcomes—something that’s not always easy within a tightly controlled estate.

Through collaboration with our clients and working constructively within the approval process, we were able to achieve facades that stand apart, while still meeting the intent of the guidelines.

Better outcomes come from better design conversations.

A home designed around how a family actually lives, while looking amazing doing it!

Clean lines, natural light, and spaces that connect seamlessly — this custom Canberra home is all about balancing bold design with everyday comfort.

This is what happens when architecture meets lifestyle.

Designed for the way families actually live.

A multi-generational country estate with two homes, connected by shared outdoor spaces and a central pool — bringing everyone together while still allowing room to breathe.

Modern rural living, done right.
