Previous owners built a “NON COMPLIANT” bathroom.
1/2 cement fibre 1/2 gyproc,
This is a wet room, needs to be wet materials. As you can see the plaster board has absorbed moisture and everything behind is damp mouldy.
This bathroom is being pulled back to skeleton and completely redone.
New bathroom will have large shower no bath new toilet and vanity.
Ground up.
New plumbing in place water tested for leaks. Waterproofing and floor first. Then we will reconstruct the room with correct sheeting, and re-tile.
Fit shower, toilet and vanity.
It will be braaaaaaaaand new!
I will take first 💩! Once the pipework is in place.
This house is so old the sewer pipes are porcelain!!!!
