Are you making the most out of your design? It’s not always about adding more space. Sometimes, it’s about making your space work a little harder for you. That’s exactly what we’ve done at our Wilshire Project.

By making the most of the space under the stairs, we’ve created a dedicated zone to neatly tuck away utilities and all the things you need access to, but don’t necessarily want to see every day. It keeps the home feeling clean and uncluttered.

We love when clients aren’t afraid to do something a little unexpected.

A bold tile choice can completely change the feel of a space, adding contrast, creating a focal point, and bringing a layer of personality that makes a home feel uniquely theirs.

If you’re looking for something a little softer than white, we’re in love with this polytec joinery in Verdelho, a light tone pale green. Paired with the textured splashback Skheme Scoop in Olive, it creates a space that feels calm, cohesive and timeless. Warm, natural and easy to live with.

No steps here ever 🙅‍♂️

You won’t notice it when it’s done right and that’s exactly the point.

To achieve this, we do a set down in the slab first, then screed the bathroom floor to create the correct falls while still bringing everything back level with the rest of the house. Cleaner lines, better flow, and a finish is seamless from room to room.
