A proud son post ❤️

My dad, Paul North, has spent the past few years writing a book that brings together more than 35 years of his work as a psychologist with something that has always mattered enormously to him — helping parents build stronger, safer and more connected relationships with their children.

Polyvagal Parenting is officially being launched in Sydney at Gleebooks in Glebe on Sunday 13 September at 3pm.

I’ve had a front-row seat to the work that has gone into this book, so it’s pretty special to see it finally heading out into the world.

And while this page is normally about building homes, this one is really about something just as important — what we build inside them.
