Dear Customers
Caringbah Appliances Repairs & Installations is still operating. So until we are directed otherwise by the Government, and or can continue to operate safety without risk to our employees or customers we will continue to work our hardest to provide our service
With many people now required to stay at home there is an increasing need more than ever, for them to have working appliances in their homes or to have new appliances installed.
Whilst we are experiencing some delays in getting the things we need to provide our service to you, such as parts due to the closedown of suppliers, we are so far managing
We are a very small family business and are doing our very best in these challenging and uncertain circumstances
Our work involves attending peoples homes to inspect, repair and or install new appliances. For this reason we will need to ask prior to entering a home whether the property is subject to a self or mandatory self isolation, whether there are any elderly or newborn people in the property and whether you can provide the required distance rule for our service technicians to work within your home.
We trust that our customers will be honest in this regard. Any customers whose home is subject to isolation will be given priority service at the completion of the isolation period.
We have also ensured our service technicians have the required PPE, hand sanitiser and other products and that they are fit for attending work.
We want to thank our loyal customers for their continued support of our small business and we aim (for as long as we can within our control) to continue to be available to service customers in this time of need.
