Today, Queensland’s first MAAP hybrid modular home is ready for its owners to move in!🥂

It’s been an incredible journey to watch this home come together, proving what’s possible when innovation meets skilled construction.

Not all homes are wired the same ⚡️

Bringing commercial-grade electrical practices into residential construction, we’ve installed a catenary cable support system throughout the ceiling space of Queensland’s first MAAP Hybrid Modular Home.

The result is a cleaner, more organised installation with easier access for future maintenance and modifications — just one of the many details setting this build apart.

With the electrical rough-in now complete, we’re ready for ceiling panel installation and fit off next week 🏡🔨
