🔨🎨 THE JOB ISN’T FINISHED UNTIL WE’VE CLEANED UP! 👌

There’s more to quality workmanship than just how good the finished job looks!

Our carpentry and painting teams recently joined forces to give this home a fresh new look.

First, our carpenters replaced the existing architrave and skirting front faces with new pine timber throughout the hallway, dining area and bedroom.

Then our painters took over, preparing, filling, undercoating and painting the new timberwork, along with the surrounding walls, to bring everything together beautifully.

But here’s something we believe is just as important.

Leaving your home as clean and tidy as possible when we’re finished! 🧹

No unnecessary mess, no cutting corners and no leaving the clean-up for the homeowner.

Just quality workmanship from a team that respects your property.

👏 Another great result from our carpenters and painters!

It’s the little things that set us apart!

TWO TRADES, ONE TEAM, ONE GREAT RESULT! 💪

This is exactly why having experienced carpenters and painters working together makes such a difference!

Our carpentry team kicked things off by replacing the existing architrave and skirting front faces with new pine timber throughout the hallway, dining area and bedroom.

Then our painters stepped in!

✅ All new timberwork carefully prepared and filled
✅ Undercoated and painted in the client’s chosen colour
✅ Surrounding walls repainted for a consistent finish
✅ Everything cleaned up before we left

And there’s one thing we’re particularly proud of.

Take a look at how clean we leave our jobs! 🧹

We understand we’re working in someone’s home, and treating that home with respect is just as important as the quality of our workmanship.

No mess left behind for the owner to deal with.

Just a beautifully refreshed space, ready to enjoy!

👏 Another fantastic team effort from our carpenters and painters.

It’s the little things that set us apart!

🔨 FROM PLASTERING TO PAINTING. THAT’S THE ADVANTAGE OF HAVING THE RIGHT TEAM! 💪

Another major stage completed, and this project is really starting to take shape!

Our lead plasterers, Matt and Lovey, have finished the setting and sanding, and the workmanship speaks for itself.

From the extensive ceiling work and bulkheads to those sharp square-set finishes, the boys have put in a huge effort getting every surface ready for paint.

And now comes the next stage! 🎨

With our own painting team ready to step in, we can keep the project moving without having to rely on another contractor.

Once painting is complete, the aluminium skirting and door frames can be installed.

One team finishes, the next takes over. That’s the benefit of having multiple qualified trades under one roof!

👏 Outstanding work, Matt and Lovey!

👀 Stay tuned. The next stage is going to make a big difference!

🔨 GOOD PLASTERING IS ABOUT MORE THAN JUST PUTTING UP SHEETS! 💪

And this is a perfect example of why experience matters!

Our lead plasterers, Matt and Lovey, have just completed the plasterboard installation on this project, and there’s been plenty of detailed work involved.

Working around conduits, service penetrations and tricky sections means every measurement and cut needs to be spot on.

The Team have also installed 10mm casing bead around the ceiling perimeters where they meet the existing concrete panel walls, creating a clean, consistent edge ready for setting.

It’s the attention to detail at this stage that makes all the difference to the finished result.

✅ Plasterboard installation complete
✅ Detailed cuts around services
✅ Ceiling perimeter casing beads installed
✅ Ready for the setting stage

👏 Great work from Matt and Lovey!

It’s the little things that set us apart!

👋 MEET THE TEAM AT PAINTERS EDGE – SAY HELLO TO LOVEY! 🎨

It’s time to introduce another one of the wonderful people who make up our Painters Edge team!

Today, we’re getting to know Lovey, one of our plasterers! 👏

We asked Lovey six questions, and here’s what she had to say!

🔹 1. What’s your role at Painters Edge, and how long have you been part of the team?

“I’m a plasterer and I’ve been here since the start!”

🔹 2. What part of your job do you enjoy the most?

“Seeing the end result, knowing how hard we’ve worked, but also seeing how happy and grateful the customers are.”

🔹 3. What’s one project you’ve worked on that you’re particularly proud of?

“Broadmeadows in Newcastle.”

🔹 4. Who on the Painters Edge team is most likely to arrive at work with the best excuse for running late? 😂

Lovey wasn’t naming names on this one! 🤐😂

🔹 5. Who would cope best if the entire Painters Edge team swapped jobs for the day?

“Matt!”

🔹 6. What’s something customers and your workmates might be surprised to learn about you?

“I’m the eldest of seven and a grandmother of three!”

❤️ And that’s Lovey!

It’s the people behind the tools who make Painters Edge what it is!

We’re proud of our team, the work they produce and the relationships they build with our customers along the way.

🔨 IT’S ALL COMING TOGETHER! 🏡

Another stage ticked off, and this project is getting closer to the finish line!

Our Painters Edge team has been busy getting the groundwork right before moving on to the finishing touches.

✅ Waterproofing completed
✅ Floor bedding completed
✅ New floor tiles installed

And while the finished tiles are what everyone notices, it’s the work underneath that matters just as much!

Good preparation now means fewer problems down the track.

Next up, the fixtures, fittings and those final details that bring the whole project together.

👀 Stay tuned for the finished result!

And remember, Painters Edge is much more than just painting!

With qualified and experienced tradespeople across multiple divisions, we can take care of a wide range of projects.
