Bit of progress on the Sutherland Carpentry bathroom reno. Big day tomorrow should see walls just about all done. Have this one all done and dusted by weeks end and ready for fit out next week

New home build in Cootamundra is coming along. Laundry floor all done ready for cabinetry install. Bathroom and ensuite floors with in screed floor heating all screeded and ready for tiles. This one had me felling my age on the screeding. Roughly 1.75 m3 of sand went in to the 3 rooms.

Because 2 jobs started this week just isn't enough. I've also started this garage to granny flat conversion. All floors getting 600x600 tiles, Waterproof and screed bathroom. Bathroom floor and walls 600x600 tiles and tiled skirtings throughout. Got it all set out and a start on main floor tiles yesterday. Back to this one on Sunday to keep the main floor moving along so fix out can be started next weekend.

Kicked off this new custom home in Cootamundra this week. First I've had to fix up some non compliant waterproofing issues (from other company) for the builder to bring it up to code. Which included setting shower waterstop angles in Bathroom and Ensuite. Door angles set and waterproofed in all 3 wet areas plus screed and waterproof over ensuite shower floor with linea drain. Laundry floor screed ✔️ Laundry floor tiled ✔️ ready to grout tomorrow.

Bathroom in Cootamundra I've been working on in between my Temora work load. Tile the Niche and tile insert wastes tomorrow then its ready to Grout and Silicone.

In between 2 houses in Temora and local work on the go, i managed to get a bit more done at home. Finally after 12 months we have a proper kitchen bench and a tiled splashback.
