Winning the CCF NT Traffic Management Project of the Year Award is something we’re incredibly proud of, but this award doesn’t belong to me it belongs to every single person in the Keegan Group team.
Over the past couple of years we’ve built something pretty special. We’ve grown from a small team into a company of more than 45 dedicated people, with a fleet of over 40 vehicles, working alongside some of Australia’s biggest contractors on major projects across the Northern Territory.
That growth didn’t happen by luck. It came from early mornings, late nights, weekends, solving problems when things didn’t go to plan, and always finding a way to get the job done safely and professionally.
What makes me the proudest isn’t the size of the business or the number of vehicles we have. It’s the people. The culture we’ve built. The way our crews look after each other, the pride they take in their work, and the reputation they’ve earned out on site every single day.
To our supervisors, our traffic controllers, linemarkers, labourers, operators, office staff, designers, fabricators and mechanics every one of you has played a part in this. When clients choose Keegan Group, they’re choosing you. You’re the reason we’re trusted with some of the Territory’s biggest projects.
I’d also like to thank our clients for believing in us and giving us the opportunity to prove ourselves. We don’t take that trust for granted.
This award is a great milestone, We’re only getting started. We’ll continue investing in our people, our equipment and our systems, and we’ll keep raising the standard of what traffic management looks like in the Northern Territory.
Finally, thank you to every member of the Keegan Group family. I know how much hard work goes into what we do, and I appreciate every single one of you.
Enjoy the moment, be proud of what we’ve achieved together, and tomorrow we’ll get back to doing what we do best.
Thank you
Graham K
