We're looking for a motivated electrician to join our team in the position of leading hand electrician, handling onsite responsibilities with the support of management.

What we do:

• Electrical projects - electrical infrastructure, switchboard & distribution upgrades, commercial fit outs.
• Communications projects - optical fibre network installs, structured cabling networks + data network installations, active network works.
• Security projects - CCTV installations and maintenance, access control systems installations and maintenance.

The role on offer:

• Leading hand electrician - running jobs + projects, interacting directly with clients, managing staff.
• Attractive package with work car, phone + laptop/tablet.
• Career growth through training courses and in-house development.
•$40-$45.00 per hour, negotiable on experience, full time employment.
• Company vehicle and fuel card.
• Opportunities for overtime.
• Excellent working conditions and great company culture.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in running small teams and interacting directly with management and clients.
• Experience with job management platforms and programs such as simPRO, Xero, Dropbox, etc.

RDG have been awarded the contract to deploy a complex fibre optic network to monitor and manage the generators providing backup power for Amazon's latest data centre SYD55, currently under construction at Eastern Creek.

Our scope of work inlcudes rolling out a comprehensive fibre optic network, along with integrating the active network with the facilities building management systems.

Amazon's latest data centre is a large scale project and we're excited to be a part of it.
