🔨 WE’RE HIRING – LICENSED LEAD CARPENTER / FRAMING TEAM LEADER

Miah Homes is looking for an experienced, licensed carpenter to join our team and lead our residential framing crew across Sydney.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently run a framing job, organise the team and deliver quality workmanship.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise carpenters and apprentices.
• Read architectural and structural drawings.
• Carry out and oversee house set-out and framing.
• Coordinate daily tasks and material requirements.
• Maintain site safety, quality and project schedules.
• Communicate with our project manager and site supervisor.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Current NSW carpentry licence and relevant trade qualifications.
✅ Strong residential house-framing experience.
✅ Previous experience leading a carpentry team.
✅ White Card, driver’s licence and reliable transport.
✅ Reliable, organised and able to work independently.

Pay and employment arrangements will be discussed based on experience and suitability.

🏡 Typical construction range: $150,000–$170,000, depending on your site, design and requirements.

Before you sign your construction contract, we:

✅ Complete a feasibility assessment

✅ Work towards CDC approval
