A little introduction 👋

For those who don’t know me, I’m Mace — the person behind Dwell & Co.

I’ve spent my career in construction and project delivery across Melbourne, working on everything from the early stages of design and feasibility through to seeing a project come to life.

Over the years, I’ve learnt that building isn’t just about getting the job done. It’s about understanding the vision, finding the right solutions, managing the details and making sure the end result is something you’re genuinely proud of.

That’s the approach I’ve brought into Dwell & Co.

I’ve never wanted to be the cliché builder. I want to be involved, accessible and invested in the process — working closely with our clients and project teams to make good design work in the real world, while keeping an eye on quality, cost and the bigger picture.

Whether it’s creating a forever home or working through the feasibility and delivery of a development, every project is different. And that’s what makes this industry so rewarding.

So, if you’re new here, welcome. I’m looking forward to sharing a little more about the projects, the process and the person behind Dwell & Co.
