We build mainly in either jarrah, blackbutt or marri, all local West Australian timbers recognised for their strength and looks. The biggest advantage of a wooden bicycle is the ride quality. The entire fr
ame is made of made of two halves epoxied together using HTech’s ONEFRAME Technology. At HTech our frames are built with locally sourced timber that is stronger (up to 51%), harder (up to 56.9%) and stiffer (up to 58.3%) than American or European ash, typically used by other manufacturers. We are safely able to create a stiff, well handling frame with a comfortable ride. Nothing compares to the look of a wooden bike.
