A refreshed workplace designed to support how the Belle Property team works.

This fit-out saw the existing Kingston office reworked across two levels, with seven new offices constructed on Level 1, alongside a new ground-floor boardroom and kids’ playroom.

The work also included a new dividing wall and joinery, modifications to existing services, a full repaint, new signage and the reconfiguration of workstations and furniture throughout.

The reception desk and coffee table complete the space, complementing the existing polished concrete, exposed services and abundance of natural light.

A considered commercial fit-out that feels open, functional and distinctly Belle Property Canberra.

A night celebrating the best of our industry.

On Friday night, we were proud to attend the 2026 Master Builders Association ACT & Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards.

While we didn’t take home the award, being recognised amongst such an impressive group of projects is something we’re incredibly proud of.

A huge congratulations to all the finalists and winners on the night. It was fantastic to see so much talent, craftsmanship and hard work across our industry celebrated.

A special thank you to the team at TNT Plumbing & Gas for joining us on the night. It was great to share the evening with you.

Thank you to Master Builders Association ACT and Asset Construction Hire for putting together such a wonderful evening. And of course, a big thank you to everyone involved in bringing Bijoux to life, including Dept. of Design.

A new space for Canberra Allergy Clinic.

For their Deakin premises, we delivered a complete fit-out designed to feel warm, calm and considered. Deep navy feature walls, natural stone and warm timber joinery flow throughout the reception, kitchenette and consultation rooms, with thoughtful lighting and detailing bringing it all together.

Every element was considered with the patient experience in mind, creating a welcoming space for the Canberra Allergy team and the people they care for every day.

We’re proud to share that Bijoux, Kingston has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2026 Master Builders Association ACT & Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards, in the Renovation/Extension $1M–$2.5M category.

Delivered in collaboration with Dept. of Design , Bijoux is a project defined by considered design, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. It’s fantastic to see the work of everyone involved recognised among some of the best in the industry.

With a record 61 categories and more than 230 finalists in this year’s awards, being shortlisted is an achievement we’re incredibly proud of.
