General gardening position in a faced paced environment. Mixed duties with occasional small landscaping jobs. The suitable applicant will be fit enough to work through a day of gardening, and be able to cope with Melbourne's 4 seasons. Preferably someone with experience, though not necessarily lots of experience. Own transport preferred as you may have to make you way to site on your own occasionally. Part time positions also available. Wage level will depend on experience, skills, and capability, and will vary from award up to $30p/h. This Lemon tree was completely infested with gall wasp a couple of years ago. After an initial very heavy prune, occasional pruning and thinning, and some mulching around the base, its once again a healthy, productive tree again.

2017 has been a busy year for BOGL. As a result we'll be hiring more staff in 2018. If you are interested, or know someone that would be interested in gardening work, please get in touch.
