A great few days connecting with the people who help keep Queensland schools running. 🎓

The 2026 School Business Managers’ Association Queensland Annual Conference gave our team the opportunity to meet school business managers, education professionals and industry partners from across the state.

For Grolife Property Services, it was a chance to have valuable conversations about the day-to-day challenges schools face and how the right property services partner can make managing maintenance, construction and facilities simpler.

Growth can feel gradual while you are in the middle of it, but sometimes you have to stop and look at how far the team has come. 👏🌱

What started as a much smaller operation has grown into a business with multiple teams, stronger systems and a huge depth of knowledge across the company.

For Shane, one of the most impressive parts has been seeing the confidence, capability and culture of the team continue to build over nearly five years. 💪🛠️

From handling everything out of one van to now having dedicated people and processes supporting major projects, it has been a massive journey.
