Thank you, East Gippsland Shire Council, for the opportunity to deliver this project. Our boys really enjoyed being involved, and we're proud to celebrate Indigenous Business Month and the strength of being Local & Connected.

Bairnsdale Library’s outdoor spaces have had a refresh with two louvred shade structures, one at the front entrance and one in the rear courtyard which can be opened for natural light and airflow, or closed to keep the space dry when it’s wet.

The courtyard also has new turf, bench seating, screening, garden beds and two raised vegetable beds. It’s a ready-made spot for story time, kids’ activities and community programs, and the veggie beds open up potential gardening and skill-sharing opportunities.

The spaces are open now, with a few minor works still to come at the front play space.

🌿🌊 Rowan and Cooper have been busy in Dargo and Wonnangatta River region week, working with EGCMA to protect and restore our beautiful East Gippsland waterways.

Over the next six months, works will include native revegetation and woody and non-woody w**d control.

Accommodation might not be 5-star, but this looks like a pretty relaxing way to finish a day of work! 😎🏕️

As the weather warms up, so does the workload at Pearce Cameron Indigenous Projects!
Following a quieter winter, our teams are back on site delivering projects across Victoria, including the new DEECA Emergency Centre in Cann River, Bairnsdale Library, Dargo/Wonnangatta, Fulham, and Geelong.
We're especially proud to share that 79.93% of our onsite hours from June to September were worked by Indigenous employees, reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for First Nations people.
Thank you to our team, clients and partners for supporting Indigenous employment and participation across Victoria

There’s something special about watching a project come to life. Three hand carved and hand painted logs, by renowned local artist Alfie Hudson, soon to be installed at Ted Summerton Reserve - with garden beds and planting by Pearce Cameron. Can’t wait to share the finished look!

Wednesday Rewind - Lakes Foreshore Playground! One of the very first projects completed by Pearce Cameron, and still one we’re incredibly proud of. Our team delivered high-quality landscaping, safe play surfaces, and indigenous design elements that continue to support local community and visitors to our region. A great reminder of where we started - and how far we’ve come.
